PRIVATE THERAPY

Our Process

In our private therapy sessions, we start with a thoughtful first meeting, taking the time to really get to know you. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your needs and goals.

We use different approaches, like the Relationship Recovery Process (RRP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic techniques. Every step is personalized to what works best for you.
